Frequent questions and answers

  • Is there a printed result included?

Yes, definitely . I believe that the printed result is a much more powerful way of enjoying photographs, it is a connection that involves more senses and makes the experience and the memories associated with it much more lasting for the memory by having the possibility of being available in a more immediate, more accessible and able to last over time as objects of family legacy.

The prints, depending on the contracted package, are made on high-quality photographic paper and are delivered as a deluxe Photobook containing a selection of the best photographs.

  • How soon should I contact you?

If you already have planned and defined the date of your wedding, you should do it as soon as possible . In general, there are people who define a date even more than 1 year in advance and if you are one of those people, the ideal is that you contact me in order to reserve your date. However, if you plan your wedding without as much anticipation as an event from now to now, the ideal is that you contact me at least 3 months in advance or, failing that, as soon as possible in order to validate the availability of dates in my calendar. worked.

I work a limited number of weddings a year to focus on couples, even not scheduling simultaneous weddings on the same day or weekend in order to dedicate my attention and time exclusively to you.

  • What else do you include in the result?

I include many things that vary according to your needs, however, all my packages offer at least the following elements in its most basic version and other services and/or products depending on the package :

- 6 hours (or more) of photographic coverage on the day of the event.

- 1 photography assistant who helps me with equipment and other logistical aspects during the event.

- 1 printed product of variable quality depending on the photographic package chosen.

- High resolution digital images uploaded to the cloud to be printed later in the desired size.

- Low resolution digital images uploaded to the cloud and to an online gallery to be shared on social networks .

- Consulting and personalized pre-planning in order to define the photographic package that suits you best

The number of resulting photos is relative, I have no limit on the photos I take or submit!! , however all photos are carefully selected to meet my artistic and quality criteria and therefore not all photos taken are delivered or edited ... they usually result in an average of between 125 and 250 images per event or many more depending on the number of guests, the type of event, its duration and the added services contracted.

  • Do you offer video service?

Yes, I have commercial relationships with audiovisual content creation companies that I can subcontract for your wedding day, offering you services such as video recording in Full HD or 4K , wireless microphones or drone service, however, their dates are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance as well as for the photographic aspect.

  • Are you available to travel?

 

YES, I can move to the place of your wedding within Colombian territory. I am currently based in Boyacá but I could move anywhere as long as the travel expenses necessary to carry out our work are covered. I have a valid Colombian passport, in case you choose a beautiful place outside of Colombia to get married :D

  • I'm getting married to a foreigner... are you bilingual?


YES, I have a certified B2+ bilingual proficiency in the English language and my native language is Spanish, so you don't have to worry about certain instructions or interaction with native or bilingual English speakers/understanders attending your wedding. My services are completely inclusive :)

  • How much is the investment?

Each wedding is unique and therefore each package is unique and adjustable to your needs; Most of my clients typically invest $2'099.900 Colombian pesos (or $549.99 US Dollars)  in packages that include some added products and photography services. The additional investment in video services is separate from the photography services.

  • I LIKE IT!!... how do I make a reservation?

The first thing we must do is validate the availability of the date, if it is available, perfect! We make an appointment, we meet, we talk and if you decide to give me the privilege of being your photographer, we sign a contract.

That day you pay me 50% of the value of the chosen photographic package in order to reserve the date and the other 50% you pay me 30 days before the event, everything is formalized in a very detailed contract of photographic services to which we attach my RUT (Tax Registration Number) and copy of my identity card.

  • How long do the results take?

I try to send you some samples the same day so that you have to show off the day after your wedding ;) (approximately 10 photos).

In general, the edition of the work is relative depending on the number of photos obtained, the maximum is 7 days for digital results and a maximum of 30 days for the printed result.
